Organisations are increasingly utilising multiple private and public clouds to deploy applications in an attempt to avoid vendor lock-in and exploit the best features of each platform. In it's purest form a multi cloud solution embraces multiple public cloud platforms to leverage the best of all worlds. In reality Coreix's primary focus is to deliver the best solution to our clients regardless of what it looks like, as such we focus on solving problems for our clients not selling buzzwords.
Hybrid cloud has traditionally meant the combination of private cloud and public cloud infrastructure, with orchestration tools which are utilised to deploy workloads and manage the balance between the two. The common rationalie is to employ public cloud resources for bursts of compute requirements as an example. The Multicloud approach has more of a strategic emphasis which focuses on how organisations use multiple cloud providers to meet different requirements.
