Defined as the ‘international standard’ that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organisations use this standard to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

ISO 14001 sets out the criteria for an Environmental Management System (EMS), allowing organisations to benchmark current environmental performance (e.g. energy use, recycling rate, waste created etc). It maps out a framework that a company or organization can follow to improve environmental performance. Although data centres consume enormous amounts of energy, we continuously monitor and seek ways to reduce our environmental impact as part of our CSR.

Covers the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details or information entrusted by third parties. ISO 27001 helps to protect us and our clients from cybercrime.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is an information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card schemes. The PCI Standard is mandated by the card brands themselves, and helps us assure customers they can store that information with us as sensitive information.

This accreditation puts us on the shortlist for government procurement contracts. It means we’re pre-vetted, having passed the stringent guidelines and solutions required to tender for any appropriate government projects. They, in turn, have been supplied with our list of prices and solutions, so we’re fast-tracked through all bureaucratic channels. 

The Code of Conduct is an independent scheme in the EU to certify that a data centre has adopted energy efficiency best practices. Data centre operators and owners must demonstrate reduction in energy consumption in a cost-effective manner by improving the understanding of energy demand within the data centre, raising awareness, and recommending energy efficient best practices and targets.
