Our data centres are the beating heart of our business. They both power and protect the critical infrastructure of clients across EMEA and APAC. Our data centres are built for resilience.
A Tier 1 data centre has a single path for power and cooling and few, if any, redundancy and backup components. It has an expected uptime of 99.671% (28.8 hours of downtime annually).
A Tier 2 data centre has a single path for power and cooling and some redundancy and backup components. It has an expected uptime of 99.741% (22 hours of downtime annually).
A Tier 3 data centre has multiple paths for power and cooling and systems in place to update and maintain it without taking it offline. It has an expected uptime of 99.982% (1.6 hours of downtime annually).
A Tier 4 data centre is built to be completely fault-tolerant, and has redundancy for every component. It has an expected uptime of 99.995% (26.3 minutes of downtime annually).

Enfield
With a capacity of 8MVA, our primary data centre is located within an energy efficient enterprise grade 32,000 sq. ft. Tier 3 facility which provides best in class colocation, network connectivity and managed hosting solutions.
Welwyn Garden City
Our disaster recovery site is an enterprise grade Tier 3 data centre located in Welwyn Garden City and supported 24 hours a day year-round by both an onsite technical remote hands team and a security management team.
Frankfurt
To allow for affordable yet ideally located hosting solutions we have our Tier 3 Frankfurt Data Centre whereby we can offer our standard solutions from a European presence.
Sofia
Our newest data centre located in Sofia, Bulgaria is integral to continue our low latency network and allows for much more expansive coverage for our solutions and services.
